Our Commitment to the Community This past year, the Stevenson Memorial Hospital Foundation (SMHF) developed a new Strategic Plan. In response to the anticipated evolution of Stevenson Memorial Hospital (SMH), marked with current and forecasted growth in our community and a planned redevelopment of the hospital, the Foundation needed to develop an innovative strategy to ensure the financial requirements needed for this significant growth.
The Strategic Plan (2019-2024) will guide the SMHF Board and staff to support SMH in their mission to promise progress and pursue perfection for patients and the local communities. The plan was developed with input from our donors, representatives from the Hospital and Foundation Boards, Senior Leadership, and other key stakeholders.
We are proud to share this community-inspired Vision and Mission and look forward to collaborating with our partners to ensure SMH is successful in their bold Vision of Setting a New Standard for Community Hospital Care.
